	*Lina Inverse...* Obnoxious. Boisterous. Self-centered. One of his best friends. The events surrounding Terra's death and Illidan's shiny new magic pool brought Lina's moral fiber into question - something Zelgadis is still unwilling to bend on. She's not a murderer, never was. Sure, she'd fried more than a few bandits in her time, but they always had it coming... She's gone. He can never be a hundred percent sure of what happened until he hears it from her, so as far as he's concerned? She's innocent. He really wishes she were back.


	*Terra Branford...* Vague. Confusing. A rather constant presence. She's from a world of magic, similar and dissimilar to his own. They're both spellcasters and swordsmen, and for some reason the universe sees fit to have them cross paths again and again, some circumstances more unusual than other. His memory recently revealed a rather...eyebrow-raising bit of lost history between them that he's not quite sure what to make of. It's on his mind an awful lot now... Now that she's back, alive...it's hard to decide what's better: a human life as a weakling or a rock-faced freak of nature strong enough to protect the people that matter.


	*Geddoe...* Stoic. Stern. A veteran warrior. There's familiar notions in Geddoe that are dissimilar but not altogether foreign to Zelgadis' past. He's reminded of Rodimus and Zolf - older friends and role models that was as good a sense of family he'd ever had. Though not so chummy with Geddoe himself, Zel's developed a pretty rooted sense of loyalty and respect to the old guy; he'll draw swords with him in a pinch.


	*Illidan Stormrage...* Dangerous, infuriating...A kind of serpent in the garden, in retrospect. Illidan didn't do anything that Zelgadis didn't ask - technically - but the circumstances swirling around the cure and not-cure...Zelgadis would love to simply clear the board and put a distance between himself and that guy. That's not going to happen, though. He made a deal.
